Service Description
This class will teach you how to wake up your body, share aurvedic morning remedies, jump start your lymphatic system, open up your chest area, reduce puffiness and release the tension in your neck and body. The PM ritual will teach you to prepare your body for sleep, as well as to relax and enjoy a deep and peaceful sleep. This practice includes a meditation technique.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late Cancellations / No Shows: Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a late cancellation fee will apply. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. “No shows” will be charged a $50 fee. To cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail of your slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
